We had a good family day out and the kids really enjoyed themselves. It was a bit busier than I expected, so I found myself keeping a closer eye on everyone and sticking to the less crowded spots when we could. Overall though, it was still a nice experience and worth going

I had to wait a little bit, but the queue moved quick. Everything was handled fine once I got through, so no real complaints. Smooth overall.

I went to Storyhouse last weekend and was actually really impressed with how clean it was, especially since it was busy. The toilets were tidy, the seats looked well looked after, and the whole place just felt cared for. I’m usually a bit picky when I’m paying to go somewhere, so it was nice to feel like it was worth the money. You could tell the staff were keeping on top of things.

I had a good experience here. The coffee was really nice, and the food tasted fresh, which I always appreciate. Simple, enjoyable, and definitely worth stopping by.

Went to storyhouse last weekend the toilets were great!! Really clean, no nasty smell, and there was plenty of soap too. I barely had to queue, which was a nice bonus. It always makes a day out so much better when the loos are actually looked after properly!!

I’ve been coming to this library when I need a few hours to study or just sit somewhere calm, and it does the job well. There are usually plenty of seats, the free wifi works fine, and I can normally find a quieter corner without too much fuss. The kids area is decent too, and having the cafe and toilets nearby makes it easy to stay for a while. I’m a bit worn out from everywhere asking for feedback these days, but this place is actually worth mentioning.

I really liked the atmosphere here, it felt relaxed and cosy the whole time I was there.

I had a really good time overall. the actors brought a lot of energy and kept the whole performance feeling lively. the only downside was the seating, which started to feel a bit cramped toward the end

I’ve been to Storyhouse a few times now and I really like how connected it feels to the local community. It’s not just about the shows, there are events, groups, and things going on for all sorts of people. The whole experience is easy too, from finding your way around to getting involved or just popping in for a look. It always feels welcoming, and you get the sense it’s run by people who genuinely care about the place and the people who use it.

I went to Storyhouse last weekend, getting there was far less of an ordeal than I’d built it up to be in my head. The train station is only about a 10-minute walk away, and there are buses stopping nearby too, so public transport really did its job. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the walk back in the dark felt a bit like entering a maze if you don’t know Chester very well. Nothing terrible, just mildly dramatic at the time! Overall though, it was easy enough and I’d be happy to do it again.

I went to a show here last week and was impressed. We were up in the circle, but we still had a really clear view with no awkward spots. The sound was great too, I could hear every word without it being too loud. It’s a nice venue and just really easy to enjoy the show.

I popped into the cafe before a show and, i was half-expecting to regret it because the queue looked busy. But I figured I had enough time, and I’m glad I didn’t talk myself out of it because it moved way quicker than expected. I had my coffee and cake within a few minutes.
The bar was just as efficient later on, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to miss the start after deciding to grab a drink. The staff kept everything moving smoothly, and it ended up being a really easy, stress-free visit.

I don’t really see what there is to complain about here, it was really easy to use. I got the hang of it quickly and didn’t have any issues getting things done.

The staff were friendly and did try to help, but for some reason the replies felt a little slow. It all got sorted in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest experience.

Yeah, so, like, there was plenty of parking nearby, which was really nice. I didn’t have to drive around or deal with any hassle, so that was, convenient.

Storyhouse is in such a convenient spot, right in the centre, which makes life so much easier. Who wants to be planning half a journey just to go somewhere?

I usually either get the bus in or walk over from the shops, and it’s never been a faff. There are loads of places nearby for food or a drink too, so why not make a bit of a trip of it?

For me, the location is one of the best things about it. It works just as well for a quick visit as it does for a full evening out, and I’d definitely go again

I’ve done a couple of workshops/classes with storyhouse and overall they were fine. The tutors were friendly, clearly knew their stuff, and the group sizes were comfortable enough that you didn’t feel totally lost in the crowd.

That said, some sessions were way more useful than others. A few felt rushed or not planned out properly, and one class felt like we barely got past the basics before it was over. I also found some of the policies a bit frustrating, there seem to be little loopholes around changes or refunds that work more in their favour than yours.
For the price, I expected a bit more structure and consistency. I did still enjoy parts of it, and I’d maybe try another class, but it wasn’t amazing every time

Went to storyhouse last week and, the seats were really comfortable. Like, I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but I had loads of leg room and didn’t feel squashed in at all. I actually sat through the whole show without doing that constant shifting-around thing, which basically never happens for me. Nice spot overall, and yeah, I’d happily go back

Communication was easy to follow for the most part. There was one reply that took a little longer, but i’m not always great at checking messages right away either, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, they explained everything clearly and kept me in the loop.

Booked tickets through storyhouse it was so straightforward. I found the show, chose my seats, paid, and that was it, no faffing around at all. The confirmation email came through pretty much straight away too, which was a nice bonus. Definitely quite impressed and would happily use it again...
